السندويشات المقليه بالخطوات والصورة ..

[B]السندويشات المقليه بالخطوات والصورة

طريقة لذيذة لصنع السندويشات

×?°المقادير×?°

-2كوب دقيق
-بيضه-2 ملعقة طعام حليب بودرة
-ربع ملعقة بيكنج باودر
-ملعقة شاى خميرة فوريه
-ربع ملعقة شاى ملح
-من نصف الى ثلاثة ارباع كوب ماء(حسب نوعية الدقيق)
بحيث تكون عجينه رطبه نوعا ما

تعجن جيدا وتلملم او تجمع بقليل من الزيت وتترك لترفع او تختمر فى صحن مدهون
بالزيت لمدة ساعه ونصف هذه العجينه بعد ان رفعت او اختمرت

شكليها اصابع صغيرة واتركيها ترتاح لمدة ربع ساعه فقط

أقليها فى زيت نباتى واتركيها فى مصفاة قليلا ، ثم ضعيها على مناديل المطبخ
(حتى تتخلص من الزيت الزائد )
